Thanks for being here!
I am an HCPC-registered Dietitian with 5 years of NHS clinical experience working across weight management and bariatric surgery, gastroenterology, colorectal and upper GI surgery, stroke, and cardiology. I am an active member of the BDA Women's Health and Fertility Specialist Group, the Gastroenterology, Obesity and Freelance Groups, and hold BDA-approved fertility nutrition training through the BDA and ELNA programme.
I specialised in women’s health and fertility nutrition, as this is influenced by a complex interplay of factors, including hormonal health, menstrual cycle function and ovulation, egg and sperm quality, gut health, metabolic health, and body weight. Nutrition plays a fundamental role throughout every stage of the fertility journey
Hi there!
Who do I help?
As a fertility dietitian, I help women and couples understand how nutrition interacts with their hormones, their cycle, and their reproductive health — and translate the latest research into practical, personalised guidance that works within the reality of their lives. While general preconception guidelines provide a useful starting point, they cannot account for an individual's medical history, prior diagnoses, nutrient needs, food preferences, or where they are in their fertility journey. That level of individual tailoring is precisely where specialist dietetic input makes a meaningful difference — and it is a level of clinical nutrition support that no other health professional is trained to provide. I offer a clear, evidence-based framework so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
I work with women and couples who are trying to conceive naturally or through IVF and assisted reproduction, as well as those navigating PCOS, unexplained infertility, recurrent pregnancy loss, and male factor fertility. I also support women with endometriosis, adenomyosis, and other reproductive, hormonal, and metabolic conditions where nutrition can make a genuine difference.
My interest in endometriosis and adenomyosis is both professional and personal. My own experience navigating a suspected adenomyosis diagnosis showed me exactly how wide the gap is between what the NHS can offer and what women actually need — particularly when it comes to specialist nutrition support.
I work with individuals and couples across the UK via secure video consultation, offering evidence-based and compassionate support. My practice is grounded in the science and shaped by a genuine understanding of what it means to navigate a fertility journey without adequate clinical support — something I am determined to change. I also speak Romanian and warmly welcome Romanian-speaking clients.
If you're ready to take a more informed, evidence-based approach to your fertility and hormonal health, I would love to hear your story.
